Customer Services

We aim to provide excellent customer service, because our customers are very important to us.

If for any reason you experience a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at ruth@theartysilkworm.co.uk and we will do our very best to try and rectify it as soon as possible.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards plus payment through bacs or PayPal.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we need to cancel a workshop, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

In this instance, you will be offered either a full refund or a place on another workshop of your choice.

 

Bookings are non-refundable and cancellations cannot be accepted within two weeks of the workshop date, as places are limited and it may not be possible to fill a cancelled place at short notice. Please therefore ensure you are able to attend before making your booking.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for someone else to take your place, provided we are notified in advance.

Privacy Policy

We want all our customers to have peace of mind when purchasing from us. We will not pass your personal details on to any third parties and your financial information is not stored.

The Arty Silkworm is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights and design rights on our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are fully protected by British copyright laws and treaties around the world. 

All such rights are reserved.

By law you must not use any part of the content on our site or at our workshops for commercial purposes, and by using our website or attending our courses, you hereby agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof without obtaining written permission to do so from us.
